The focus of the branding strategy was to get an understanding of what customer’s value most about working with Taylor and how Taylor can better serve their customers in the future. The branding strategy also helped identify key positioning and messaging for Taylor. The branding strategy was conducted by Trefoil Group, a Milwaukee based marketing communications firm, (www.trefoilgroup.com), the same firm that developed Taylor Dynamometer’s new website which just recently launched on Monday, April 14th.
