Pressurized Engine Cooling Columns

Taylor Dynamometer's pressurized cooling columns regulate the temperature and coolant pressure of the engines being tested. Analog gauges allow you to monitor temperature and pressure levels during testing. To satisfy your horsepower needs, there are two sizes available.

Hose Interconnect Kit

Hose interconnect kits are specially designed for quick connect and disconnect between engines and Taylor's Cooling Column and/or Taylor's Low Temperature Aftercooler. The hoses are secured to the engine cooling water inlet and outlets with the supplied hose quick disconnect couplings. The quick disconnect ends are then attached to the Cooling Column's or Low Temperature Aftercooler's inlet and outlet hoses. The hoses are rated for 212° F and a minimum of 75 psi.

Depending upon the kit hose sizes can include diameters of: 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2", 2" , 2 1/2", 3", 4", and 6"

An optional 'wye' fitting is available for engines with dual outlet connections.
