Provided free of charge to all owners of Taylor dynamometer equipment.

Onsite Service Support

Our qualified team of Customer Service Representatives is prepared to visit facilities worldwide. Customers can arrange for services to be provided around the clock to minimize negative impacts on their testing requirements. Services can be arranged during off-shift hours and weekends when the dynamometer test cells are not in use.

Onsite Calibration Services

The system is operational but suspected to be providing inaccurate information or the customer has established routine calibration intervals. A Taylor Dynamometer Customer Service Representative will arrive at your facility to verify proper operation of the chassis or engine dynamometer system and check/calibrate all input channels.

Fully-Stocked Spare Parts Inventory

We are continually monitoring our inventory and turnaround times for all critical components to allow for overnight delivery of parts required for repairs. Customers may perform repairs themselves or arrange for the services through the Taylor Dynamometer Customer Service Department.

Our in-house repair and remanufacturing capabilities provide quick turnaround on all dynamometer/component repairs. Did you know that we can remanufacture existing older Taylor Dynamometer equipment to like-new condition?

Taylor Dynamometer has been manufacturing dynamometers since the 1930's.  With over 80 years of dynamometer experience, Taylor is an expert in used and rebuilt dynamoemters. 

If you are in need of a used dynamometer or rebuilt dynamometer, Taylor likely has an eddy current or waterbrake engine or chassis dynamometer that will meet your testing requirements.

Software Services

Our professional and courteous Customer Service Representatives can assist with restoring systems should a system problem occur. Most of the time, one phone call to Taylor Dynamometer can put you back on track. Additionally, we can assist you with system upgrades if test requirements change.

Engine and Vehicle Testing Services

Our facility has two engine test cells and one chassis dynamometer test cell. All are capably equipped for testing services and are available on a short or long term basis. Alternatively, Taylor can perform your testing requirements on a contract for services basis. Please refer to the "Testing Services" page of the website for further information.
